With an aim to attract even more specialists from the event industry, we moved the second edition of EVENTEXPO to a different venue. The Refinery Gallery helped us to plan and allocate exhibitors more effectively. The trade fair was not not only full of interesting and new exhibitors but also included an engaging programme on the stage.

The third edition of EVENTEXPO boasted an even larger space, as it included another Refinery Gallery hall. As such this increased exhibition area offered the exhibitors more room for their presentation.
The increased extension of the trade fair also contributed to more visitors. Another bonus of the third edition was Live! Conference with international speakers, which we organised in partnership with BTL association. This conference attracted professionals who had the opportunity to engage with experiences of the event marketing specialists from abroad. Last but not least, the artistic programme taking place on two stages simultaneously throughout the whole day, added to the overall experience of the trade fair.

The fourth edition geared up even further and we used Refinery Gallery’s capacity to the full.
After the three successful editions of EVENTEXPO exhibitors realised the importance of even bigger, more sophisticated and detailed presentations of their companies which led to EVENTEXPO becoming even more prestigious. On top of that, the 2018 edition was attended by a record number of visitors.
This enormous interest was an impulse for us to consider a change of venue not only to accommodate even more exhibitors, but also to make the 2020 edition even more appealing and engaging. We believe that the next edition will do just that!
